Hostal Los Ninos
This hostel run by an amazing Dutch woman who dedicates all the proceeds to feed and educate the street kids of Cuzco. 
Its been in operation for over 10 years and every day 600 children arrive for a healthy breakfast, hygiene skills, assistance with schoolwork, sporting activities and social skills. 
Hostal los Ninos is definitely a gorgeous place, fabulous food, immaculately clean, super friendly – and a great way to support “sociotourism” much as we like to support “ecotourism”. I made the “sociotourism” term up – wonder if it will take off? Add to that, some of the staff now are the original children who were assisted and it is an amazing story of a cycle of success.
