Andres Carne de Res - incredible 4 storey nightclub in Bogota4

4 storeys of glitz and glamour
Andres Carne De Res is THE place to be in Bogota.... what an amazing place... I'll leave it up to the NYT to try to describe it ...

New York Times Review

This beloved spot offers a hard-to-explain combination of steakhouse and all-night dance party. Come early, install yourself at a table and feast on its famous steak (the peppery lomo sellado is excellent), washed down with a customary bottle of rum. Then, as the music grows louder and the night grows older, the place morphs into a nightclub. Professional dancers in blue mink coax you onto the floor. If you leave six hours after you came, you’re leaving too early. -

tequila shots in lime cups is the standard entry routine

light and sound sensory overload

roaming musicians drag you up to dance ... we really didn't need much encouragement...

Pristine Tayrona where the jungles of the Sierra tumble down to a chain of white, sandy coves.  It takes a few hours hiking through the jungle before you hit the beach but definitely worth it!

No Denise, that 5 star eco resort, Cape Canaveral, is not our destination! Keep hiking !
